ANY PERSON OR ENTITY ("User" or “You”) INTENDING TO ENTER THE DISCLOSURE REMIX COMPOSITION HOSTED AT THE SITE AT https://remixes.disclosureofficial.com (“Competition Site”) OR ANY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN THE COMPETITION SITE MUST AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES OF THE COMPETITION AND ANY OTHER RULES POSTED ON OR VIA THE COMPETITION SITE FROM TIME TO TIME (together, the "Rules").

PERSONAL DATA: Any personal information provided by Users will be treated with appropriate care and security in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

OTHER PLATFORMS: Please note that you use of, and the processing of any Personal Data you provide to, the Discord and/or Soundcloud platform(s) shall be subject to the respective Terms and Conditions and Privacy Polices posted on those platforms.

1. Contracting parties. The remix competition offered via the Competition Site (the “Competition”) is promoted and offered, and all content, data and other materials made available on or via the Competition Site (“Competition Content”), is owned or controlled by GHL Music LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England, with offices at 31 Kentish Town Road, London NW1 8NK, UK ("we", "us", "our" or the “Company”). You must be at least 13 years old to use the register (and, if you are under 18, you should obtain the permission of your parent/guardian to enter the Competition).
2. The Site. Please note that use of the Competition Site is governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Site and any and all products available for purchase via the Site are subject to the terms and conditions of sale at T&Cs – Disclosure (disclosureofficial.com).
3. Entry. You may enter the Remix Competition by following the links on the Competition Site. Download the audio content (“Stems”), create your remix and then upload it to Soundcloud by following the links provided on the Competition Site. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter the Remix Competition. Void where prohibited by law. Entries must use only the Stems and content which is original to the User and any entry using unauthorised content will not be eligible. You may post up to five (5) remixes as entries to the Competition. Entries may not be modified after submission. Please note that, to enter the Competition, you must have an account with Discord and with Soundcloud.
4. Grant of Rights. The Stems and all Content materials are owned by the Company or its licensors. Company grants to you the limited, personal and revocable right to download and use the Stems solely for the purposes of the Competition subject to the Rules. You may not use the Stems or Content for any other purpose and, for certainty, we request that you delete the Stems after you have created your remix. You hereby grant to Company the exclusive worldwide right to store, use, copy, exhibit and transmit the content that you post to the Competition (or to Soundcloud in relation to the Competition) for any purpose, including without limitation to assess your entry and to award prizes.
5. Term and termination of the Competition and these Rules. The Competition shall operate only during the dates posted on the Competition Site. We may at any time terminate the Competition, in our sole discretion without prior notice, for any reason.
6. Prizes. Prizes for the Competition shall be subjectively determined by Company in its sole discretion based on votes cast by user of the Competition Site, and each Prizes will be announced on the Competition Site after determination by Company. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The winner(s) shall be notified by Company using the contact information provided at the time of entry. In order to claim a Prize, a winner must, if requested, provide Company with: (i) Proof of age and residence; (ii) verification of contact information; (iii) any other information reasonably requested by Company; and (iv) signed copies of any liability and/or publicity releases, intellectual property assignments, declarations, or additional documents that Company may require. If a Prize is not successfully claimed and awarded within fourteen (14) days, Company may withdraw its decision and determine a different winner.
7. IP Rights in remixes. By entering the Competition and creating and submitted a remix, you warrant that you own all rights in any new materials you incorporate within such remix (other than the Stems) or that you have written permission to use such content for these purposes. By entering the Competition and creating a Remix, you agree not to share or make available or in any way distribute your remix other than via the Competition Site or in accordance with the Rules (and, for the avoidance of doubt, you agree not to upload such content to any other site or platform). 
8. Voting. Each vote by a User must be reasonably deemed a considered and a genuine effort. Company shall disregard and vote in breach of these Rules, cast with automated or not assistance or otherwise deemed to be giving any entrant an unfair advantage.
9. Liability. You agree that the liability of the Company to you in relation to the Competition shall be limited to GBP£100. Except as set out herein, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of your use of the Competition Site or the Competition. Nothing in this Agreement shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Company.
10. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us for any loss or damage that may be incurred by Company, including arising from any breach by you of any warranty or other term herein. You further undertake to indemnify us for all loss or damage incurred by the Company in relation to any third party claim against us for infringement of intellectual property rights arising hereunder from any of your acts or omissions.
